Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Is the King of Smartphone Cameras
When comparing the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, you'll see that the latter has updated its camera sensors.
Front-facing camera resolution on the S23 Ultra has been reduced from 40MP GH1 to 12MP 3LU. Similarly, the ultra-wide camera has gone from a 12MP IMX563 to a 12MP IMX564.
This is a photo taken at dusk by S23 Ultra normal mode (12MP), but I can feel that the details of leaves are definitely better than S22Ultra, which is an absolute improvement , thanks to HP2. The only thing that needs to be observed is HDR, which gives me a bad feeling pic.twitter.com/rtChsSmnWK

Samsung have upgraded the primary camera from a 108MP HM3 to a 200MP HP2. There has been no modification to the IMX754 sensor used by the 3x and 10x telephoto lenses.

According to these updates, Samsung has worked to enhance the primary and ultra-wide angle cameras but has left the telephoto and front-facing cameras the same.
